Solitaire By David will deliver, whether for dancing or enjoying an intimate dinner.

          My father handed me a brand‑new ’65 pre‑CBS Fender Jazz Bass, and like Sinatra said, I’ve been doing it my way ever since… though occasionally my way involves tripping over a monitor or forgetting where I parked.

          Subsequently, I performed everywhere from restaurants, pubs, piano bars, and country clubs, to assisted‑living communities, where the audiences are warm, the smiles are real, and at least one person always asks, “Do you know New York, New York?” before I even sit down at my keyboard. It’s like a law of physics.

          I focus on miles of smiles — because if you can make a whole room light up with chords and a story, that’s a pretty good day. 

          Music keeps me young. The audiences keep me honest. And the Jazz Bass, my faithful partner in my studio, keeps reminding me that some things age like fine wine… and some things age like milk. I’m somewhere in the middle, depending on the lighting.
